• Excellent communicator: You have outstanding communication skills and proficiency in presentations. You can clearly express and utilize the Deel IT value proposition to gain customer trust and secure sales.

• Owner mentality: You are enthusiastic about Deel IT's product and mission, showcasing this passion in every interaction throughout the sales process and beyond.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience carrying sales quotas, preferably in IT SaaS (including MDM, IAM, device lifecycle, SaaS procurement, or related fields).

• You have played a crucial role in at least one significant business success story and understand what it takes to achieve exceptional results.

• A robust background in finalizing B2B software-driven product sales. You are a skilled individual contributor with an impressive track record.

• You are prepared and capable of developing strong sales pipelines while effectively collaborating with a BDR.

• You can accurately project your sales outcomes, identify gaps in your pipeline, and consistently strive to exceed expectations.

• You have experience working with teams across a growing organization and establishing strong relationships.

• You excel in a global remote team setting.
