This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ As an Account Executive, you will take on the responsibility of acquiring new clients in the French market.

β€’ You will collaborate with a team of five Account Executives, all striving towards ambitious goals set for 2026.

β€’ Your duties will include managing opportunities from the demonstration phase through to closing deals, contributing to responses for requests for proposals, expanding your network with HR and training decision-makers, and devising the most effective sales strategies to secure contracts.

⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales position, preferably within the SaaS industry, or substantial experience in strategy consulting.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to deliver intricate software/platform demonstrations as part of the sales process.

β€’ Capacity to forge strong, trustworthy relationships with key decision-makers at all organizational levels.

β€’ Exceptional active listening skills paired with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

β€’ Basic understanding of HR culture is advantageous.

β€’ Native French speaker with professional working proficiency in English (B2 or equivalent).
