This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
β’ As an Account Executive, you will take on the responsibility of acquiring new clients in the French market.
β’ You will collaborate with a team of five Account Executives, all striving towards ambitious goals set for 2026.
β’ Your duties will include managing opportunities from the demonstration phase through to closing deals, contributing to responses for requests for proposals, expanding your network with HR and training decision-makers, and devising the most effective sales strategies to secure contracts.

β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales position, preferably within the SaaS industry, or substantial experience in strategy consulting.
β’ Demonstrated ability to deliver intricate software/platform demonstrations as part of the sales process.
β’ Capacity to forge strong, trustworthy relationships with key decision-makers at all organizational levels.
β’ Exceptional active listening skills paired with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
β’ Basic understanding of HR culture is advantageous.
β’ Native French speaker with professional working proficiency in English (B2 or equivalent).
