This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Manage the complete sales process: prospecting, qualifying, conducting Proofs of Value (PoVs), and closing deals.
• Generate outbound pipeline in designated mid-enterprise accounts.
• Provide impactful demonstrations and effectively communicate CodeRabbit’s value to both technical and business audiences.
• Employ a land-and-expand strategy to increase usage and presence across various teams.
• Create business value assessments and measure ROI for customers.
• Become a subject matter expert on the CodeRabbit products and its ecosystem.
• Collaborate across departments such as marketing, product, and customer success to enhance playbooks and go-to-market strategy.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role, ideally within a technical SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated success in generating outbound pipeline and securing six-figure deals.
• Experience in selling to engineering executives (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, DevOps, etc.).
• Strong technical curiosity with the ability to quickly grasp complex products.
• Proven track record in managing multi-threaded deals and value-based selling.
• Exceptional communication skills, organizational abilities, and a sense of ownership.
• Strong sense of accountability, self-driven motivation, and a desire to learn new skills and tackle challenges.
