This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Strategic hunting & major deals: You will acquire and nurture customers into enterprise and key accounts. Your emphasis is not on quick β¬10k transactions but on strategic initiatives within the Microsoft ecosystem.
β’ From selling to solving: You are not just selling staff augmentation; you are promoting our scalable "Hero Products" (e.g., AI Landing Zones, Security Audits) and smartly pairing them with long-term Managed Cloud Operations (MCO).
β’ Matrix engine (cross-selling): You are not operating in isolation within a Microsoft silo. You facilitate deals across various business domains and involve our experts in Security, Data, or Multi-Cloud to maximize value for the customer.
β’ Pipeline excellence: You manage your deals in a data-driven manner. For you, HubSpot is not merely a "tick-box" task but a control tool for managing forecasts and closing dates accurately ("Clean Order Policy").
β’ Trusted advisor at the C-level: You negotiate effectively with IT leaders, CIOs, and CEOs, establishing long-term strategic partnerships.
β’ Several years of demonstrated success in B2B enterprise sales β preferably in cloud, managed services, or intricate IT solutions.
β’ Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365, Copilot), while also thinking technically beyond that framework.
β’ Value over volume: You possess a "builder" mindset. Your goal is to resolve customer challenges and offer genuine business value rather than merely fulfilling requirements.
β’ You have the authority to provide a strategic "no" to a customer (or internal stakeholders) when a deal does not align with our focus.
β’ Team collaboration is your forte: You excel at motivating pre-sales architects, bid managers, and delivery teams, aligning them towards a common deal objective.
β’ Proficient negotiation-level German and fluent English.
