This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Develop relationships with potential clients and internal stakeholders to drive new business growth.
• Gain expertise in recognizing the challenges faced by prospective customers that can be addressed through inbound marketing strategies.
• Consistently close new business at or above the set quota.
• Act as a brand ambassador for HubSpot’s range of products and solutions.
• Follow up on highly qualified leads throughout Latin America.
• Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to implement sales strategies as the company enhances existing solutions or launches new products.
• Contribute your knowledge, strategies, and ideas to promote our company’s values, distinctive culture, and future vision.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Demonstrable experience as an Account Executive within the Mexican market is essential.
• 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a web technologies (SaaS) or innovative online product setting.
• Proven track record of prospecting in a high-volume environment is required and will be verified.
• Experience conducting discovery calls with customers and the ability to articulate value propositions.
• Background in a sales team that consistently meets and exceeds goals.
• Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.
• Strong focus on achieving your goals.
• Ability to further the department's vision.

• A strong work ethic.
