This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Perform daily in-person visits to clinics, long-term care facilities, retirement homes, and rehabilitation centers, engaging directly with staff and decision-makers to comprehend ongoing needs and discover opportunities for product support and supply replenishment.
• Proactively seek and develop new accounts through door-to-door outreach and territory-centered selling, establishing a pipeline of healthcare facilities and enhancing market presence within the designated region.
• Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with facility administrators, procurement teams, and healthcare personnel by providing consistent follow-up, responsiveness, and reliable service support.
• Assess customer requirements and suggest suitable medical equipment and supply solutions, ensuring facilities are adequately equipped to uphold patient care standards and operational efficiency.
• Oversee and expand an assigned territory with a strong emphasis on acquiring new clients while ensuring that existing accounts are nurtured and maintained for long-term retention.
• Follow up on quotes, orders, and ongoing supply demands to guarantee continuity of service, timely fulfillment, and a seamless customer experience from order placement to delivery.
• Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to facilitate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction, ensuring accurate communication and resolution of any product or delivery concerns.
• Keep precise records of activities, pipeline development, and customer interactions within CRM or tracking systems to ensure visibility, accountability, and effective territory management.
• Remain updated on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitor activities within the healthcare supply market to better position solutions and uncover new sales opportunities.
• 1–3+ years of experience in field sales, territory sales, or B2B outside sales roles, ideally with a proven track record of developing business through in-person relationship building and cold outreach.
• Strong comfort level with daily travel and in-person, door-to-door business development, including the ability to work independently across a geographically defined territory.
• Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and influence decision-makers face-to-face, especially within professional or service-oriented environments.
• Highly self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing a complete territory without continuous supervision.
• Experience selling in healthcare, long-term care, or facility-based environments is considered a strong asset, particularly within medical supply or service-related industries.
• Valid driver’s license and access to dependable transportation are required, as the role entails significant daily travel.
