This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Puerto Rico.
• Establish and cultivate robust, trust-based relationships with clients through regular check-ins and strategic discussions.
• Convert client objectives into effective marketing strategies and data-driven campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and implement integrated Martech solutions.
• Recognize opportunities for growth, added value, and performance enhancement in every client interaction.
• Ensure all client commitments are met with impactful, measurable results.
• Collect and relay feedback between clients and internal teams to foster continuous improvement in execution and service delivery.
• Embody Contáctica’s values and dedication to excellence in every client interaction.
• Keep abreast of Martech trends, tools, and best practices to promote innovation in client strategies.
• Several years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing agencies or similar environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capability to manage client relationships in both English and Spanish.
• Strategic mindset with the proficiency to translate business objectives into marketing solutions.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus).
• Analytical mindset with practical experience using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with digital advertising ecosystems, including social media, programmatic, and content platforms.
• Experience overseeing external teams or collaborators to ensure efficient execution.
• Positive, 'can-do' attitude with an unwavering focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Experience in the Health Care sector is advantageous.
• Fast-paced, predominantly remote work environment.
