This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Establish trusted relationships with Snowflake's internal teams, external partners, and client account teams to assess deals, pinpoint business value, and offer technical guidance, ensuring proper expectations for customer satisfaction.
• Utilize expertise in a specific domain or industry to align Snowflake’s value with the business and technical challenges faced by customers.
• Stay engaged with the rapidly changing technology landscape while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors, positioning Snowflake effectively in this context.
• Facilitate discovery meetings to gather, analyze, clarify, and document business requirements throughout the sales process, supporting the implementation team and creating a detailed solution proposal.
• Actively engage with prospects and customers to deliver standard, tailored, and/or strategic solution demonstrations, whiteboarding sessions, presentations, and best practices that highlight the functional capabilities, competitive advantages, and business benefits of Snowflake solutions throughout the sales journey, from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation.
• Guide customers through digital transformation and cloud adoption, recognizing how Snowflake fits into a comprehensive architecture and strategy.
• Offer continuous, post-sales technical support to the customer’s technical team to enhance customer utilization of Snowflake and ensure success in digital transformation.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to consistently enhance Snowflake’s products and marketing strategies.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in an enterprise sales role within a SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS company.
• Experience with HCLS customers is highly desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, decision-making, and presentation abilities.
• Comfort working in an independent, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, or equivalent experience is preferred.
