This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and prompt responses to inbound inquiries.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from qualification to negotiation and closure.
• Meet individual annual quota targets for license and service revenue (ACV) as outlined in the SIP plan.
• Maintain precise forecasting and opportunity management using Salesforce CRM.
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to comprehend customer business needs and offer customized solutions.
• Work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSM) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Recognize opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell within current accounts while actively pursuing new business prospects.
• Analyze and categorize the existing customer base using CRM and SCN data to pinpoint target groups and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, sales engineering, and solution executives on RFPs and integrated sustainability initiatives.
• Keep abreast of product functionalities, industry trends, and knowledge of the sustainability domain.
• Assist in the marketing and sales of LCA For Experts (formerly GaBi) shared training offerings.
• Adhere to established sales processes and best practices, utilizing Salesforce as the primary sales platform.
• At least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Demonstrated history of closing complex and high-value deals.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management competencies.
• Experience in developing partnerships, strategic collaborations, or joint ventures.
• Ability to implement and adjust successful sales strategies in changing markets.
• Understanding of the product sales cycle, competitive positioning, and market dynamics.
• Strong customer-first mentality with a proven commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Experience in fostering trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a matrixed, team-oriented environment.
• Capability to identify opportunities and independently drive business growth with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and possess native-level French language skills.
