This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Become proficient in Snowflake’s offerings and carry out discovery calls, tailored demonstrations, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by comprehensively understanding their current and future IT strategies to promote the Snowflake solution in the market.
• Qualify prospects and cultivate new sales opportunities while establishing ongoing revenue streams.
• Build trust and enhance sales opportunities with accounts in your designated region.
• Meet sales targets for assigned accounts and/or geographical area on a quarterly and annual basis by formulating a sales strategy for the specified territory and account list.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance.
• Over 6 years of field sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals while selling technical solutions and software products to the enterprise market.
• Demonstrated success in expanding existing accounts.
• Proven experience in executing complex sales strategies and tactics within areas such as Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and/or AI/ML.
• Familiarity with a solution-based sales approach, experience managing a complex sales process, and exceptional presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills.
• Ability to treat our product and company as if they are your own, specifically by defining and executing sales plans to achieve strategic and financial goals, leveraging industry knowledge, partnerships, and Go-to-Market strategies.
• Capacity to provide candid, respectful feedback to foster an inclusive work environment.
• A reputation for fostering collaborative relationships, resulting in long-lasting partnerships with internal cross-functional teams and the ability to cultivate an inclusive workplace.
• Proven capability to independently manage, develop, and secure new client relationships.
• Experience achieving multi-million dollar revenue targets annually.
