This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Identify and engage potential clients in both the LATAM and US markets.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle—from initial prospecting to closing deals.
• Drive new business growth through proactive outbound prospecting efforts.
• Tailor presentations to address the unique pain points of each prospect.
• Maintain a robust and predictable pipeline filled with qualified opportunities.
• Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through consistent follow-ups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable feedback.
• Actively engage in team meetings and contribute to the enhancement of internal sales playbooks.
• The ideal candidate must reside in either Mexico or El Salvador.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales or business development roles (both inbound and outbound), preferably within a B2B SaaS context.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is highly regarded.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish and English is required.
• Advanced expertise in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• A demonstrated history of generating business through cold outreach.
• Comfortable working with sales objectives, conversion rates, and monthly recurring revenue (MRR) metrics.
• Knowledge of SaaS and marketing ecosystems is advantageous.
• A tech-savvy mindset: willing to adopt new tools to enhance productivity.
