
Account Executive – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Identify and engage prospective clients within the LATAM markets.
• Take charge of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting.
• Manage incoming leads from the CRM by qualifying and converting interested prospects.
• Schedule and conduct customized product demonstrations.
• Balance both inbound and outbound efforts to sustain a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive follow-up activities.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and enhance the sales process.
• Candidates must be based in Mexico or El Salvador.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or business development roles (both inbound and outbound), ideally within a B2B SaaS setting.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Practical experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inbound leads while simultaneously engaging in outbound prospecting.
• Capable of interpreting and responding to performance metrics effectively.
• Familiarity with social media tools, digital agencies, or SaaS business models is advantageous.
