This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Identify and engage prospective clients in the LATAM and US markets, managing the sales process from initial contact to closure.
β’ Take ownership of the complete sales cycle β from prospecting to closing β for your designated markets (LATAM & US).
β’ Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting.
β’ Qualify and convert interested prospects into demonstrations and active trials.
β’ Tailor your presentations to address the specific challenges faced by each prospect.
β’ Maintain a robust and predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities.
β’ Build and cultivate client relationships through proactive follow-up communications.
β’ Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Support, and Product.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development roles (both inbound and outbound), ideally within a B2B SaaS context.
β’ Familiarity with the LATAM and US markets.
β’ A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly regarded.
β’ Proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish and English.
β’ Advanced experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
β’ A proven history of generating business through cold outreach (not solely relying on inbound leads).
β’ Comfortable working with sales goals, conversion rates, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) metrics.
β’ Understanding of SaaS and marketing ecosystems: knowledge of social media tools, digital agencies, or SaaS business models is an advantage.
β’ Willingness to adopt new tools (such as automation, AI assistants, or enrichment platforms) to enhance productivity.
