This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
β’ Create and execute strategic Account or Territory plans
β’ Retain comprehensive ownership of Accounts while collaborating with various roles
β’ Collaborate closely with team members from the Solution Engineer, Inside Sales, Channel, and Renewal departments
β’ Partner with the Renewals Team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
β’ Over 5 years of experience in managing significant customer relationships
β’ Proficiency in using a CRM system to track and analyze key performance indicators
β’ Business Level proficiency in Japanese or higher
β’ Business Level proficiency in English or higher
β’ Experience in selling SaaS products to Development/IT audiences
