This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take full ownership of pharma IT sales, overseeing the process from initial discovery through to closing.
• Convert regulatory requirements into customized proposals.
• Turn multi-stakeholder negotiations into finalized contracts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from the first meaningful conversation to contract signing.
• Receive warm handoffs from the BDR team and take charge of the entire sales process until closure.
• Conduct consultative discovery sessions where regulatory and technical details are critically important.
• Collaborate with solution consultants to create proposals that effectively address the client's real issues, rather than relying on templates.
• Maintain a clean, up-to-date, and active pipeline without needing reminders.
• Represent the company at industry events and client locations as necessary.
• Must reside in Poland.
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales within IT, SaaS, consulting, or technical services.
• Proven history of successfully closing complex deals, rather than merely progressing them.
• Experience in managing sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and extended timelines.
• Strong command of English; proficiency in additional European languages is a significant advantage.
• Well-organized and self-driven, you take charge of your pipeline rather than being controlled by it.
• B2B contract that includes paid vacation time.
