• Serve as the primary contact for current customers, prioritizing ongoing success, retention, and expansion.
• Promote products and/or services to existing clients through various channels, including telephone and Internet (e.g., chat, email, video conferencing, etc.).
• Responsible for nurturing relationships with accounts by collaborating with customers within designated territories, which may be defined by geographic location, industry, or product/service category.
• Address client inquiries and provide recommendations on suitable products and services.
• Implement sales strategies, generate reports, and gather key information.
• Offer valuable insights to clients, identifying and securing upsell opportunities.
• Exhibit proficiency in retention and sales techniques, along with a thorough understanding of company products/services.
• Exceptional planning and solution-selling experience.
• Capable of delivering comprehensive sales presentations via phone or other interactive technology platforms, including product demonstrations that emphasize key benefits, return on investment, and the value of our solutions and services.
• Demonstrated skills in persuasion and negotiation.
• Experience in the automotive industry or digital marketplace is preferred.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and customer relationship-building abilities.
