This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Identifying, prospecting, and developing new business opportunities within the industrial sector in the northern region.
• Leading the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, needs assessment, value proposition, negotiation, and closing.
• Opening new accounts and fostering long-term strategic relationships.
• Presenting solutions in: PLM CAD Industry 4.0 (digitalization, smart factory, digital twin…)
• Translating the value proposition into terms of ROI, efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborating with pre-sales, consulting, and marketing teams to design tailored solutions.
• Representing the company at trade shows, events, and industrial forums in the northern region.
• Managing the pipeline, forecasts, and commercial activities in CRM.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales of industrial technology solutions.
• Strong focus on acquiring new business (hunter profile).
• Experience in selling complex solutions (industrial software, engineering, automation…).
• Knowledge in any of the following areas: PLM / CAD / engineering software Industry 4.0 / industrial digitalization.
• Understanding of industrial processes: production, quality, maintenance, traceability, OEE.
• Ability to engage with technical profiles (engineering, IT, production) and business decision-makers (industrial management, operations).
• Consultative skills and results-oriented mindset.
• Native Spanish speaker with intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Direct involvement in strategic projects for industrial digital transformation.
• Continuous training in PLM, CAD, MES/MOM solutions, and consultative selling methodologies.
