This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Oversee your own portfolio, develop and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline along with all related activities; from prospecting to closing; achieve or exceed your sales targets.
β’ Create a prominent presence in your designated area; investigate the specifics of your territory, formulate a marketing and networking strategy to engage the entrepreneurial community in your market, and foster relationships with local small businesses.
β’ Actively seek out new business opportunities by utilizing market research, sales tools, and proactive outreach.
β’ Acquire a deep understanding of our value proposition and adeptly convey it to prospective customers.
β’ Represent the voice of our future clients β propose innovative strategies to drive sales, nurture customer pipeline leads; enhance the overall customer experience and advocate internally for product enhancements.
β’ Serve as an ambassador for Justworks and its offerings; strive to attain a thorough and detailed knowledge of our product suite.
β’ Travel within the Miami area.
β’ Carry out additional responsibilities as required by departmental or organizational needs.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in an Account Executive role and 1 year of experience managing a complete consultative sales cycle and closing deals is essential.
β’ Proven experience in lead generation for B2B in a high-velocity environment (e.g., SaaS, PEO, Fintech) using Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and/or ZoomInfo is required. Familiarity with Outreach.io and/or Hubspot, along with 6Sense and/or Hoovers/D&B, is advantageous.
β’ Cold-calling experience is mandatory for this role.

β’ Ability to devise creative solutions to various challenges in a fast-paced environment.
