This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a trusted advisor for Dun & Bradstreet solutions by fostering strong, positive relationships with an established client portfolio.
• Sustain revenue streams by successfully renewing existing contracts while increasing revenue through upselling and cross-selling based on client needs.
• Take full responsibility for driving negotiation, contracting, and approval processes to achieve successful sales results.
• Manage complex deal negotiations, ensuring alignment among multiple decision-makers, products, or funding sources.
• Conduct account planning for assigned clients, collaborating with internal sales resources to assure strategic alignment.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of anticipated sales to meet annual quota targets.
• Ensure consistent and precise data entry in SFDC to support territory management, account planning, and forecasting.
• Work closely with Client Success and Marketing teams to enhance retention rates through business reviews and win-back initiatives.
• Collaborate with pre-sales support resources to create strong and compelling proposals and recommendations for clients.
• Complete all necessary D&B certifications.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Bachelor's Degree: Required.
• Master's Degree: Preferred.
• Relevant Experience: 15+ years.
• Minimum of 15 years of prior experience in an enterprise-level SaaS, consulting, or services sales role.
• Proven track record of closing sales, securing clients, and managing relationships for 3 – 5 high-value accounts while meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
• Ability to quickly assess client environments from business process, organizational, and technological perspectives, effectively prioritizing growth opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex strategic sales and multiple senior stakeholders.
• Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for achieving results; work is conducted independently and reviewed at critical milestones and upon completion.
• Highly articulate with exceptional business communication skills (both verbal and written) and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate setting.
• Proficient in industry-leading sales methodologies, salesforce.com, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word.
• Demonstrates an ownership mentality in all tasks; be a problem solver, curious, and proactive in seeking collaboration and connections with others to drive success.
• Possess a continuous growth mindset, engaging in learning opportunities through relationships with stakeholders, experts, and mentors, while broadening competencies through structured courses and programs.
• Expected to travel onsite to clients for business purposes at least 40% of the time.
