This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Identify, manage, and sell to a specified geographic area with fewer than 1,500 employees
• Take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, to enhance Sumo Logic's sales pipeline
• Develop and present precise sales forecasts
• Conduct product demonstrations via web tools for prospects and clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional experience for potential customers and ensure their requirements are fulfilled
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying role selling B2B applications, including on-demand/SaaS, IT Infrastructure Management, or Cloud Security products
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas while engaging with a technical audience such as IT operations, Security, and DevOps teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong collaborative approach
• Established network within the Big Data ecosystem is highly advantageous
• Proficient user of Salesforce
