This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements and articulate the value of our products.
• Oversee the entire sales process for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling, utilizing cross-departmental knowledge as key resources.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure the fulfillment of client needs.
• Actively participate cross-functionally to introduce new product development, enhance client engagement, and gather competitive intelligence strategies for the broader team.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and annual revenue goals.
• Keep precise records in SFDC: accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Address complaints and mitigate future issues by enhancing processes.
• Serve as a client advocate, concentrating on enhancing the customer experience.
• Demonstrate the ability to establish rapport and work collaboratively with colleagues both internally and externally.
• Based in EMEA.
• At least 2 years of experience in closing sales.
• A demonstrated history of developing a greenfield territory and growing the business.
• Proficiency in SFDC.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success and satisfaction.
• A desire to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and embrace increasing responsibilities.
• Fluent in English.
• Nice to have: proficiency in an additional language.
