This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Build and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within designated HVAC OEM accounts.
• Facilitate the growth of our footprint in the expanding European heat pump sector by forging strategic OEM partnerships.
• Oversee significant OEM clients operating in high-volume manufacturing settings.
• Spot opportunities for account development, cross-selling, and the cultivation of long-term partnerships.
• Execute structured account planning and forecasting initiatives to support business growth targets.
• Steer commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing assessments with clients.
• Create persuasive commercial proposals and pricing strategies that strike a balance between competitiveness and profitability.
• Work closely with internal teams, including Sales Managers, Technical Sales Engineers, Systems Engineers, Product Management, and Operations teams.
• Conduct regular visits to customers to gain insights into manufacturing processes, commercial priorities, and potential business opportunities.
• Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline through Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and coordinate internal support as needed.
• Keep an eye on market trends, competitor actions, and industry advancements within HVAC and related industrial sectors.
• Assist in strategic initiatives aimed at increasing market share within key OEM accounts.
• At least 3 years of experience in OEM account management, key account management, technical sales, or business development.
• Proficient in both Italian and English.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating complex commercial agreements with large industrial clients.
• Strong skills in commercial and pricing negotiations.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments where cost competitiveness is essential.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities with the capacity to influence internal and external decision-makers.
• High resilience and capability to operate effectively under pressure during commercial negotiations.
• Experience in managing extended sales cycles and strategic customer relationships.
• Strong expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client locations.
