This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• You will be tasked with creating new business opportunities, overseeing the commercial process from start to finish, and strategically addressing clients' needs to offer optimal solutions.
• Engage in proactive (outbound) prospecting to generate fresh opportunities.
• Assess leads and hold diagnostic/discovery meetings to thoroughly comprehend customer requirements.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to closure.
• Conduct product demonstrations (demos) as needed, connecting solutions to identified challenges.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Maintain an active role within the partner ecosystem, particularly with Salesforce and Zendesk, engaging in meetings, events, joint initiatives, and pipeline development.
• Create commercial proposals and spearhead strategic negotiations.
• Populate and regularly update the CRM with pertinent information.
• Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams.
• Track sales metrics and targets, ensuring predictability and performance.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B consultative sales.
• Familiarity with the entire sales cycle (from prospecting to closing).
• Excellent communication abilities and active listening skills.
• Capability to grasp complex situations and offer strategic solutions.
• A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset.
• Organized and disciplined in managing the sales pipeline.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Zendesk and/or Salesforce is advantageous.
• Previous experience in channel/partnership sales is a plus.
• Proficiency in English will be regarded as an asset.
