This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research and assess new market opportunities, pinpointing customer needs and aligning them with Eleos Health solutions.
• Establish and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
• Formulate and implement account-based sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
• Recognize key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
• Travel within your designated territory for on-site meetings, conferences, and events to foster strong client relationships.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and demonstrations to contract negotiations and closures.
• Utilize data and market trends to enhance messaging and sales strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering to ensure technical validation during the sales process.
• Partner with internal teams, including Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success, for seamless execution of deals and optimal client satisfaction.
• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across both prospective and existing accounts.
• Provide customer insights and market feedback to refine go-to-market strategies and enhance product positioning.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management teams to identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Engage in webinars, industry events, and networking opportunities to boost brand presence.
• Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, positioning Eleos Health as a leader in behavioral healthcare technology.
• Deliver precise and timely sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Maintain up-to-date and detailed account records in Salesforce to monitor pipeline progression and deal status.
• Achieve and surpass revenue goals through disciplined pipeline management and sales execution.
• Continuously enhance sales processes and strategies to boost conversion rates.
• Conduct competitive analysis to differentiate Eleos Health in the marketplace.
• Identify and resolve any obstacles that may arise during the sales process to keep deals on track.
• Regularly evaluate performance metrics and adjust tactics to drive ongoing improvement.
• A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated success in selling enterprise SaaS solutions (B2B).
• Experience in healthcare technology and a strong preference for familiarity with selling to home health and hospice.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in prospecting, negotiating, and managing intricate sales cycles.
• A collaborative team player who embraces challenges and enjoys problem-solving.
• Proficient with sales tools such as Salesforce and Gong.
• Willingness to travel within the territory (30-40% travel expectation).
