📋 Description

• Conduct 10–15 inbound evaluation calls weekly with pre-qualified prospects.

• Engage in thorough discovery discussions across a diverse range of real estate business models, including developers, lenders, investors, brokers, and more.

• Present the Boardroom membership with confidence, clarity, and conviction.

• Achieve a conversion rate of over 50% from evaluation calls to invitation calls.

• Enroll 75–100 new members annually, with an average investment ranging from $30,000 to $50,000.

• Maintain a precise and organized HubSpot pipeline, ensuring detailed call notes are recorded after each appointment.

• Represent the Boardroom brand with exceptional professionalism during every Zoom interaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated high-ticket sales experience, having successfully closed offers between $10,000 and $50,000+ in a consultative, multi-touch environment.

• Capable of engaging in intelligent and sophisticated discussions with high-net-worth operators without hesitation.

• Possess a solid understanding of real estate business models, including how investors, developers, lenders, and brokers generate profits.

• A clearly defined sales framework; not merely a script, but a systematic approach. You conceptualize in stages: discovery, qualification, presentation, and closing.

• Comfortably sell intangible benefits such as proximity, community, and access, rather than just a done-for-you service or guaranteed ROI.

• Maintain a polished, professional presence on Zoom, with a home office setup that reflects the caliber of clientele you represent.

• Utilize AI tools daily (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar), proactively using technology to enhance your performance.

• Proficient in HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
