This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Oversee a designated sales territory
• Reside within the assigned territory
• Manage and enhance business within established Ambry accounts
• Increase menu utilization among current accounts
• Market genetic diagnostic testing services to prospective clients
• Negotiate and oversee contracts
• Launch new testing product offerings
• Foster demand for and adoption of new assays
• Create and execute customer-specific action plans
• Develop and present engaging presentations
• Organize and support trade shows
• Maintain customer information in the company database
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling laboratory services to clinicians and hospitals or in medical device sales
• Bachelor's Degree and/or a combination of relevant experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experienced with CRM applications such as Salesforce or Microsoft CRM
• Proven history of sales achievements with a diverse portfolio of laboratory testing across various medical specialties
• Capability to sell technically intricate products
• Expertise in demand generation across a large geographic area
• Strong abilities in networking and relationship building
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Some formal sales training experience, such as SPIN Selling or PSS
• Strong skills in time and territory management
• Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license unless otherwise agreed
