This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Taking charge of print renewals and pinpointing key print opportunities each quarter for digital transition.
β’ Actively connecting with customers through health check-in calls to comprehend their needs and identify digital courseware prospects.
β’ Performing sales demonstrations utilizing our digital content platforms such as CIMA and ExamReady.
β’ Expanding accounts through quarterly check-ins, evaluations, sales presentations, demonstrations, and effective closings.
β’ Transitioning converted digital accounts to the Customer Success Manager.
β’ 3β5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or educational technology implementation.
β’ A proven history of leading onboarding and training initiatives for institutional clients.
β’ Exceptional consultative and relationship-building abilities to influence faculty and leadership towards digital adoption.
β’ Competence in analyzing usage data, identifying risk signals, and executing intervention strategies.
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital learning platforms.
β’ Experience managing multiple accounts concurrently and driving expansion opportunities within existing portfolios.
