This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Formulate a strategic approach to identify and develop business opportunities within your designated territory, aiming to surpass your sales targets through stakeholder mapping, prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
• Build and nurture relationships with executive-level decision-makers, aspiring to be recognized as a trusted advisor and partner within your assigned accounts.
• Identify specific opportunities at each enterprise account based on customer needs and unmet challenges.
• Maintain ongoing communication with various departments, including marketing and pre-sales, to design and implement campaigns that enhance our internal and external processes.
• Effectively utilize and manage available resources, such as guiding business development and presales representatives to achieve your individual sales objectives.
• Provide consistent updates on pipeline status and forecasting to the Sales Manager.
• Regularly travel to client locations and customer-centric events.
• Commit to continuous learning to establish expertise in SaaS products, CRM systems, and our product offerings.
• A diploma or Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 5-7 years of sales experience, ideally in an outbound/field executive SaaS software sales environment.
• Possessing domain knowledge in SaaS, CRM, or ITSM is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing the sales process from business champion to C-level executives.
• Demonstrated consistent overachievement of sales targets across a large geographic area, selling a technical product.
• Strong customer orientation, with the ability to negotiate business terms with line-of-business, procurement teams, and senior management.
• Experience in managing and closing complex sales cycles, particularly those lasting 60-90 days or more.
• Highly motivated individual with a proactive personality and a positive outlook on sales and CRM products.
• Willingness to go above and beyond, showcasing a strong work ethic; self-motivated and resourceful.
• Credibility stemming from knowledge of the customer service sector and the transformative potential of cloud technology in enterprises.
• Ability to comprehend complex customer requirements on both business and technical levels.
• Fluency in English is essential.
