This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Develop a consistent pipeline of new enterprise opportunities through outbound prospecting, account research, referrals, partnerships, market signals, events, and multichannel outreach.
• Take ownership of the entire enterprise sales process, from discovery and solution alignment to demonstrations, business case development, procurement, legal negotiations, and closing deals.
• Promote Codify and Practicode software solutions while expanding into other AAPC offerings, including software, data, APIs, education, or enterprise solutions as suitable.
• Navigate intricate healthcare accounts with multiple decision-makers across Revenue Cycle, HIM, Coding, Compliance, IT, Product, Finance, and executive leadership.
• Leverage industry changes, organizational priorities, technology initiatives, and operational challenges to establish relevant engagement opportunities.
• Create strategic account plans that encompass target accounts, buying committees, white-space opportunities, paths for competitive displacement, and subsequent actions.
• Keep precise Salesforce records, forecasts, opportunity strategies, and pipeline activities.
• Propel deals forward with urgency and clear mutual action plans.
• Provide customer insights, competitive intelligence, product feedback, and emerging needs to Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional partners.
• Achieve or surpass new business objectives while cultivating a robust, predictable pipeline.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Strong preference for experience in enterprise healthcare software, SaaS, health technology, RCM, HIM, coding, workforce technology, data, or APIs.
• Proven track record of developing a personal pipeline and consistently exceeding quotas in a true new business role.
• Experience selling to complex organizations involving long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and executive-level decision-makers.
• Strong discovery skills and business acumen.
• Ability to link operational challenges, financial impacts, technology needs, and strategic objectives.
• Proficient in communicating software functionality, technical concepts, implementation considerations, and business value to both business and technical audiences.
• Demonstrates resourcefulness, creativity, persistence, and sound judgment.
• Strong skills in pipeline management, forecasting discipline, CRM maintenance, and ownership of next steps.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with internal experts and leadership.
