This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Identify and create new sales opportunities while achieving monthly sales and renewal objectives through proactive engagement with government accounts.
• Develop and sustain customer relationships to promote account growth, conduct account assessments, and pinpoint upsell and renewal prospects.
• Engage in ongoing training to keep current with products, services, and sales techniques.
• Exhibit professionalism and ethical behavior in interactions with both customers and colleagues to foster a cooperative work atmosphere.
• Additionally, fulfill other responsibilities and projects as assigned by management as necessary.
• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling to government (State and Local) accounts (Preferred)
• At least 3 years of extensive experience in customer service (Preferred)
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business market sales (Preferred)
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the wireless industry (Preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience in telesales or technical sales (Preferred)
• Account Management: Effectively oversee customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention (Required)
• Prospecting & Selling: Proven history of delivering customized solutions that meet specific client requirements, ensuring high customer satisfaction and nurturing long-lasting relationships (Required)
• Attention To Detail: Maintain precision and thoroughness in all tasks to guarantee high-quality results (Required)
• Problem Solving and Analysis: Efficiently analyze and address complex issues by interpreting data to identify trends and guide decision-making (Required)
• Building Relationships: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders (Required)
• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and agreements to secure advantageous outcomes (Required)
• CRM and Microsoft Office: Proficient in utilizing CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and sales activities, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting (Required)
