This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

β’ Engage with B2B clients across Europe to discuss custom signage projects β understanding their requirements, offering tailored solutions, and guiding them towards making informed decisions.
β’ Foster relationships with clients that encourage repeat business and referrals.
β’ Maintain a clean CRM pipeline, ensure timely follow-ups, and provide accurate reporting.
β’ Work closely with internal design and production teams to guarantee clients are supported from day one.
β’ Continuously enhance your sales skills through training, coaching, and constructive feedback.
β’ A true enthusiasm for sales β you thrive in conversations, you are proactive in pursuing the close, and you find genuine pleasure in winning.
β’ Some experience in sales or client-facing roles is beneficial, but not essential β your motivation matters more than your resume.
β’ Native-level proficiency in German β this is a crucial requirement for this position.
