This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Become a part of our remote sales team operating in Germany and the United States, driven by a commitment to cutting-edge technology and a common goal of empowering our customers to achieve industry leadership.
• You will play a key role in fostering the growth of a technically advanced product within a well-established market.
• Kick off your week with a Team Kick-Off meeting to review objectives and align on priorities, while engaging in outbound activities to connect with potential leads.
• Concentrate on qualifying leads by showcasing Synera and conducting product demonstrations that highlight its benefits.
• Conduct comprehensive use-case assessments and in-depth discussions with prospective clients to identify opportunities, while collaborating closely with your team leader, Markus.
• Take charge of the closing process, working to finalize agreements and establish new business relationships.
• Regularly reflect and seek feedback to enhance your strategies and continuously improve your performance in the role.
• Within 6 months: achieve your initial success by effectively closing an opportunity.
• Within 12 months: continue to grow our customer base.
• Demonstrated B2B SaaS sales experience: a strong history of selling technically intricate software solutions in a B2B SaaS context.
• Established industry connections: a well-developed and active network of relevant contacts in the targeted market to facilitate and accelerate business opportunities.
• Engineering domain knowledge: a background in engineering or practical experience working with or selling engineering software (e.g., CAD, CAE, PLM, or similar), which allows for effective interaction with technical stakeholders and a solid grasp of customer challenges.
• Executive-level engagement skills: proficient in establishing relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders, ideally bringing an existing portfolio of relevant accounts in our industry.
• Confident public representation: capable of representing the company at conferences and industry events, delivering engaging presentations with professionalism and charisma.
• Language proficiency: native German speaker and fluent in English, facilitating effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders in a global context.
• Flexible working hours: choose when and where you work (residency in Germany required).
