
Account Executive β Gaming/AdTech Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
β’ Take ownership of the complete sales cycle for gaming ad sales accounts throughout the European region β from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
β’ Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with game developers, publishers, and advertising agencies, serving as their main contact for Xsolla's ad monetization solutions.
β’ Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by leveraging existing networks, participating in industry events, and proactively targeting key accounts within the gaming advertising sector.
β’ Create customized account plans and pitch materials that align client objectives with Xsolla's product offerings, such as offerwall, rewarded ads, and performance-based monetization tools.
β’ Work collaboratively across product, marketing, and partner success teams to ensure the effective delivery of client campaigns and achievement of performance targets.
β’ Track campaign performance, provide clients with regular reports and insights, and proactively suggest optimizations to enhance results and client retention.
β’ Keep accurate and current records of all sales activities, pipeline statuses, and account details in the CRM (Salesforce).
β’ Represent Xsolla at significant gaming and ad tech conferences and trade events throughout Europe (e.g., Gamescom, Pocket Gamer Connects, SiGMA).
β’ Deliver market intelligence on advertiser trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within European gaming markets.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising sales, ad tech, gaming monetization, or a closely related field.
β’ Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales quotas and managing the full sales cycle.
β’ Strong knowledge of performance advertising models (CPI, CPA, CPM) and the mobile gaming ecosystem.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills β comfortable presenting to C-level stakeholders.
β’ Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and standard sales tools.
β’ Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages β particularly Spanish, French, German, or Italian β is highly preferred.
β’ Located in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain; must be eligible to work in the EU without sponsorship.
