This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Manage the entire sales process for gaming advertising sales accounts across South Korea and the APAC region — including prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with game developers, publishers, and advertising agencies, serving as their main contact for Xsolla's advertising monetization solutions.
• Identify and cultivate new business prospects by leveraging established networks, attending industry events, and proactively targeting key accounts within the Korean and regional gaming advertising sectors.
• Create customized account strategies and pitch materials that align client objectives with Xsolla's product offerings, such as offerwalls, rewarded ads, and performance-based monetization tools.
• Work collaboratively across global product, marketing, and partner success teams to ensure the effective delivery of client campaigns that meet performance objectives.
• Track campaign performance, provide clients with regular reports and insights, and proactively suggest optimizations to enhance results and retention.
• Keep accurate and current records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and account information in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Represent Xsolla at prominent gaming and ad tech conferences and trade events throughout South Korea and the APAC region (e.g., G-STAR, Korea Games Conference, Pocket Gamer Connects Seoul).
• Supply market intelligence on advertiser trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Korean and APAC gaming markets.
• Over 3 years of experience in digital advertising sales, ad tech, gaming monetization, or a closely related field within the Korean or APAC market.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales quotas and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Strong knowledge of performance advertising models (CPI, CPA, CPM) and the mobile gaming ecosystem, with familiarity with the Korean gaming market (Krafton, Nexon, NCsoft, Netmarble, Kakao Games).
• Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English — the ability to communicate fluently in both languages in a client-facing setting is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities — comfortable presenting to C-level stakeholders in Korean and international organizations.
• Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and standard sales tools.
• In-depth understanding of Korean business culture, norms for relationship-building, and dynamics of enterprise sales.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Seoul, South Korea; eligible to work in South Korea without visa sponsorship.
