This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Identify and engage prospective clients in the French market, overseeing the sales process from initial contact through to closing.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing within your designated markets (France).
• Generate new business via outbound prospecting: identify, research, and connect with high-potential marketing agencies and SaaS companies.
• Excel in Inbound Conversion: qualify and convert interested prospects into demos and active trials.
• Deliver Consultative Demos: tailor your presentation to address the specific pain points of each prospect.
• Balance both inbound and outbound initiatives to sustain a healthy, predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Maintain the CRM with fully updated and accurate records, tasks, and opportunity stages.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through proactive follow-ups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Support, and Product).
• The candidate must reside in Spain.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development roles (both inbound and outbound), ideally within a B2B SaaS context.
• Familiarity with the French market is essential.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly regarded.
• Fluency in both written and spoken French and English. Knowledge of Spanish is an added advantage!
• Advanced proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated success in generating business through cold prospecting (not merely relying on inbound leads).
• Comfortable working towards sales targets, conversion rates, and MRR metrics.
• Understanding of SaaS and marketing ecosystems: familiarity with social media tools, digital agencies, or SaaS business models is a plus.
• Willingness to embrace new tools (automation, AI assistants, or enrichment platforms) to enhance productivity.
