This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Establish Coverflex’s presence within the German market by driving new business and securing deals.
• Assist companies in re-evaluating their management of compensation and benefits.
• Take ownership of the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
• Create a substantial portion of your own sales pipeline and experiment with outbound strategies.
• Provide insights that will shape Coverflex’s go-to-market strategy in the region.
• Act as a representative of the company in all discussions with potential clients.
• Proven experience in B2B sales environments, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.
• Experience with inbound and/or outbound prospecting, including managing initial conversations with potential clients.
• Capability to execute end-to-end SMB sales cycles, from discovery to closing.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage and prioritize an active sales pipeline.
• Comfort in target-driven settings, with established KPIs and sales objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster trust with prospects.
• Resilient and proactive mindset, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt based on feedback.
• Fluency in both English and German.
