This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Become a part of our remote sales team operating in Germany and the United States.

• Take the lead in one of the most pivotal transformations in engineering history by promoting Synera’s AI Agent Platform to companies that shape our physical environment.

• Concentrate on acquiring new business, cultivating strategic partnerships, and aiding innovative organizations in their adoption of our solutions.

• Excel in broadening existing opportunities, enhancing customer relationships, and boosting market penetration to ensure lasting impact.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in B2B SaaS sales: a proven history of selling technically intricate software solutions within a B2B SaaS framework.

• Well-established industry network: a proactive and well-connected network of pertinent contacts within our target market to stimulate and expedite business opportunities.

• Experience in the engineering domain: a background in engineering or practical experience with engineering software (e.g., CAD, CAE, PLM, or similar), facilitating effective interaction with technical stakeholders and comprehension of customer challenges.

• Proficient in executive-level engagement: adept at fostering relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders while managing an existing portfolio of relevant accounts in our field.

• Passion for AI in engineering: genuinely enthusiastic about the advancements AI brings to the engineering sector — you don’t need to be a technical specialist, but you should be curious, knowledgeable, and prepared to engage customers in discussions about AI.

• Language proficiency: native French speaker and fluent in English, capable of effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders in an international context.
