This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with Fire/EMS agencies across a designated territory.

• Perform both in-person and virtual product demonstrations for command staff, training divisions, operational personnel, and elected officials.

• Act as a subject matter expert on public safety UAS operations, deployment models, regulatory aspects, and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with agencies to create Drone as First Responder (DFR), HazMat, USAR, wildfire, and emergency response initiatives.

• Support departments in identifying funding opportunities, developing budgets, and planning for implementation.

• Partner with BRINC’s product, engineering, customer success, and implementation teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.

• Represent BRINC solutions at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to enhance industry relationships.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of emerging technologies, trends in public safety, and the evolving UAS landscape.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the fire service sector.

• Proven experience in public safety UAS operations.

• Strong knowledge of Fire/EMS operations, command structures, and emergency response settings.

• A genuine passion for advancing drone technology within the fire service.

• Self-directed with the capability to work independently and manage a large territory effectively.

• Comfortable interacting with Fire Chiefs, command staff, elected officials, and executive leadership.

• Proficient in discussing deployment models, dispatch integration, operational workflows, budgeting, procurement, and agency capabilities.

• Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.

• Capacity to build credibility through practical operational experience.

• Experience in wildland and/or high-rise fire scenarios preferred, including knowledge of wildfire operations, incident management, WUI response, and emerging applications of UAS technology in wildfire detection, mapping, and suppression support.

• Experience in fire service air operations.

• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory, with a minimum of 75% travel time required.
