This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulating and implementing sales strategies and plans to meet sales objectives.
• Engaging relevant stakeholders for meetings, organizing customers in a group format, and assisting in creating a foundation for customer business cases.
• Showcasing and distinctly differentiating the product from competitors by emphasizing our clear and compelling value proposition.
• Projecting and achieving significant revenue targets while meeting the assigned sales volume.
• Discovering new business opportunities and following up on defined prospects.
• Collaborating with Marketing and Business Development teams to enhance lead generation and visibility.
• Keeping detailed records in the CRM system regarding sales activities, including calls, meetings, demonstrations, sales, lost business, and all customer or prospect interactions.
• Interacting with customers and leads to identify and comprehend the issues they are addressing; proposing solutions to meet their needs.
• Coordinating demonstrations of product functions and utilities tailored to customer needs.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through continuous communication and relationship management; addressing any post-sale issues that may arise.
• Providing regular sales plans.
• Performing other assigned duties.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales.
• Relevant experience in Fire or Public Safety is preferred.
• Proven history of success in generating revenue through identification, prospecting, and securing new business.
• Familiarity with information systems and IT infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Creativity and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish enduring professional relationships with clients.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, occasionally stressful environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
