📋 Description

• At In Tandem, our technology solutions—including OurFamilyWizard, Cozi, FamilyWall, and Custody Navigator—collaborate with families to streamline daily life, enhancing connection, organization, and peace of mind through significant stages and milestones of family life.

• OurFamilyWizard serves as a reliable co-parenting platform utilized by courts and family law professionals globally to facilitate improved communication, mitigate conflict, and enhance outcomes for children and families.

• As we broaden our reach in Spain, we are looking for a part-time, contract Account Executive – Family Law based in Barcelona or Madrid to assist in our growth within the Spanish family law sector.

• This position merges business development with professional relationship management. You will introduce OurFamilyWizard to family lawyers, family mediators, courts, and associated institutions, fostering trustworthy partnerships and promoting adoption within your region.

• You will cultivate and oversee relationships from initial outreach to long-term engagement, assisting legal professionals in comprehending how our platform aids families facing separation and custody challenges.

• Given that this role is adjacent to our launch efforts, you will also play a vital role in shaping our strategy in Spain. You will collect market feedback from legal practitioners and disseminate insights across OurFamilyWizard teams to aid in the localization of messaging, outreach materials, and educational content.

• The ideal candidate should feel at ease interacting with legal professionals, possess an understanding of the Spanish family justice landscape, and represent the company with professionalism and credibility.

• Please note: this is a part-time, contract position compensated on an hourly basis.


⛳️ Requirements

• Business Development

• Identify and connect with family law professionals within your designated territory

• Conduct customized product demonstrations (both virtual and in-person)

• Create referral pathways that encourage platform adoption

• Manage pipeline activities and forecasting within CRM tools

• Contribute to growth objectives for your territory

• Professional Engagement

• Establish relationships with family law attorneys, family mediators, court representatives, and other relevant judicial stakeholders

• Represent the company at legal conferences and professional gatherings

• Deliver educational presentations when appropriate

• Enhance awareness within Bar Associations and professional organizations

• Market Insight & Localization

• Maintain ongoing partnerships with key stakeholders

• Provide market feedback to support product and strategic initiatives

• Assist in the localization of messaging, outreach templates, and educational resources for the Spanish market


🏝️ Benefits

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or the legal field

• Experience in engaging with professional or legal audiences

• Willingness to travel within Spain

• Native or fluent Spanish and professional proficiency in English

• Proficient in using CRM tools

• Master’s degree in Law (particularly in Family Law) or experience in a law firm

• Training or experience in family mediation

• Established relationships within Bar Associations or the Spanish judicial system (Family Courts)

• Experience in SaaS or legal technology

• Strong understanding of Spanish legal culture and professional communication standards
