
Account Executive β Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Meet sales targets for designated accounts and/or territory on a quarterly and annual basis by formulating a sales strategy for the assigned area, including a target prospect list and a regional sales plan.
β’ Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing plans aimed at driving revenue growth.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by comprehensively understanding their current and future IT roadmaps to effectively position the Snowflake solution in the market.
β’ Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities along with ongoing revenue streams.
β’ Organize and lead initial discussions and positioning meetings with Executives and CxOs.
β’ Manage the sales process and ensure successful closure of opportunities.
β’ Provide continuous account management to guarantee customer satisfaction and identify additional revenue opportunities.
β’ A BA/BS degree is required.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of field sales experience is preferred, particularly in data or cloud-related technologies.
β’ At least 5 years of experience focused on generating new business within Enterprise accounts.
β’ Demonstrated ability to independently manage, cultivate, and close new client relationships.
β’ Proven track record of meeting a quota of $800k+ in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) per year, with a history of averaging over 8 face-to-face meetings per week.
β’ A strong focus on new business sales.
β’ Experience in identifying customer needs and presenting suitable solutions.
β’ Proficiency in the German language is required.
