This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Oversee the strategic management and enhancement of current customer relationships.
β’ Assist customers during the onboarding process and in utilizing our software solutions.
β’ Evaluate requirements and pinpoint opportunities for optimization and growth.
β’ Ensure elevated customer satisfaction and foster long-term customer loyalty.
β’ Manage customer inquiries and collaborate closely with various internal teams.
β’ Discover opportunities for optimization, upselling, and cross-selling.
β’ Keep and document all pertinent customer information in the CRM system.
β’ A completed degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
β’ Several years of experience in selling SAP or ERP software solutions.
β’ Proven history of sales achievements.
β’ Familiarity with SAP add-ons, extensions, or interfaces.
β’ Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ Flexible working hours with the option for remote work.
