This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Collaborate with established Startup and SMB Stripe clients to formulate and implement long-term sales strategies aimed at increasing Stripe’s revenue.
• Manage the complete sales process, from developing business cases and structuring deals to negotiations, closing, and activation.
• Maintain a designated account list and create account plans to successfully win and grow business with high-growth technology firms.
• Create and execute outbound strategies to identify and cultivate opportunities.
• Lead deal strategy and commercial negotiations for significant, intricate renewals.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders within your assigned accounts.
• Take responsibility for account mapping and organizing effective meetings with the right external stakeholders to enhance customer relationships.
• Lead and participate in team initiatives to improve our sales processes and contribute to evolving the Stripe sales culture.
• Over 4 years of sales experience, ideally in selling a highly technical product to enterprise clients, with a proven record of exceptional performance.
• Capability to comprehend technical requirements and develop solutions across various products.
• Proficiency in creating and executing account plans that span multiple business units within complex organizations.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, both internally and externally.
• Excellent presentation skills, especially for in-person meetings involving multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex negotiations that involve tailored commercial agreements.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
• Keen interest in technology and a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
