This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee and finalize strategic accounts throughout Europe and the USA
• Direct consultative sales processes with clinics and clinic groups
• Conduct discovery calls, demonstrations, and commercial discussions
• Present clear, business-oriented presentations and proposals
• Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements
• Actively pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
• Establish and nurture a robust, qualified sales pipeline
• Employ a combination of outbound, inbound, digital, and face-to-face sales techniques, including relevant events and trade fairs
• Consistently meet individual revenue goals
• Remain engaged during onboarding and initial adoption to ensure long-term client success and retention
• Serve as a strong model of high-quality sales execution
• Provide actionable feedback from the market to sales and leadership teams
• Assist in onboarding and knowledge-sharing as required
• Contribute to territory growth and market expansion
• Maintain precise reporting and forecasting in the CRM system
• Demonstrated success in closing intricate B2B deals
• Extensive experience in consultative, value-driven selling
• Background in managing longer and more complex sales cycles
• Comfortable interacting with senior decision-makers
• Experience in SaaS, medical technology, healthcare, or other specialized markets is highly advantageous
• Familiarity with clinics, medical practices, or clinic groups is a significant advantage
• Strong hunter mentality with disciplined pipeline management
• Exceptional discovery, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Commercially oriented and accountable for outcomes
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Proficient in using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• 100% remote work (with occasional congress attendance)
