• Take charge of the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and link SingleFile's features to actual compliance challenges.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline with precise forecasting.
• Collaborate effectively with BDRs and Customer Success to provide a smooth client experience.
• Travel as necessary to engage with prospects and participate in industry events.
• A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience in corporate compliance, entity management, governance, registered agent, or legal information services.
• Strong comprehension of corporate compliance workflows, annual reports, entity maintenance, Secretary of State filings, governance mandates, or related operational processes.
• A proven history of consistently meeting or surpassing quotas in a closing position.
• Proficient in outbound prospecting and independently generating a pipeline.
• Experience navigating sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including CFOs, General Counsel, Corporate Secretaries, Compliance Officers, and Operations leaders.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
• Highly self-driven, organized, and effective in a dynamic startup environment.
• Strong skills in discovery, product demonstrations, and consultative selling.
