• Identify and secure business opportunities with Motive’s top prospects.
• Target influential companies across North America.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key prospects to drive business growth.
• Ensure success in RFP submissions and expand contract-based business.
• Utilize customer analytics and resources to enhance purchasing decisions.
• Address challenges and identify effective solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to showcase product value.
• Continuously monitor market trends for insightful consultative feedback.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in SaaS or relevant Enterprise field sales is essential.
• Proven history of surpassing sales quotas.
• Strong capability to build relationships with executive decision-makers.
• Strong inclination towards a data-driven approach to achieving sales objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Willingness to travel twice a month.
• Territory coverage: AL, AR, KY, LA, MS, TN.
