Account Executive – Enterprise, Grower

📋 Description

• Collaborate with current Stripe clients to formulate and implement long-term sales strategies aimed at increasing Stripe’s revenue.

• Take ownership of the entire sales process, from developing business cases to structuring and negotiating deals, culminating in successful closures.

• Create account plans and identify opportunities for cross-selling within your portfolio of strategic clients, fostering growth through both expansion and new revenue sources.

• Lead the strategy for deals and manage commercial negotiations for substantial, intricate renewals.

• Build relationships with executive stakeholders in your client portfolio, gaining a deep understanding of their challenges and facilitating effective solutions.

• Manage account mapping and coordinate productive meetings with relevant external stakeholders to enhance customer relationships.

• Lead and participate in team initiatives aimed at developing and refining our sales processes while contributing to the evolution of the Stripe sales culture.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of sales experience, ideally in selling technical products, with a proven record of exceptional performance.

• At least 8 years of experience leading complex sales cycles with Enterprise-level organizations is essential.

• Proficient in understanding technical requirements and devising solutions across various products.

• Capable of developing and executing account strategies that span multiple business units within complex organizations.

• A talent for collaborating effectively with a diverse range of individuals, both internally and externally.

• Excellent presentation skills, particularly for in-person engagements with multiple stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to lead intricate negotiations involving customized commercial agreements.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Comfortable operating in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.

• Strong passion for technology and a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
