This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Identify and engage with new clients while formulating and implementing an account-based Sales Strategy to meet sales targets.
• Adhere to a structured Sales Process to advance prospect sales initiatives.
• Acquire new customers through proactive sourcing, thorough research, prompt lead responses, and fostering outstanding relationships both internally and externally.
• Oversee a complex sales cycle targeting senior executives and/or various stakeholders within an organization (including Manufacturing Operations, Demand Management, Finance, IT).
• Supervise all sales activities and revenue forecasting using SalesForce.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• At least 5 years of prior sales experience, with a strong emphasis on SaaS.
• Familiarity with a start-up sales environment will be considered an advantage.
• Expertise in managing SaaS sales cycles from start to finish, demonstrating a track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets up to €1M.
• A driven and highly motivated sales hunter who has consistently achieved or exceeded sales quotas.
• Capability to engage and sell to decision-makers at the executive level.
• Skillful in identifying both existing and emerging client needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of Assents offerings.
• Independent in the creation and delivery of all sales cycle materials, including presentations and proposals, with experience in CRM tools.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, being articulate, persuasive, and passionate.
• Fluency in German, French, Italian, or any Scandinavian languages is a plus.
