This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Become a key member of our dynamic sales team as an Account Executive, focused on driving substantial growth and strategic integration.
• Create and implement comprehensive, multi-year strategic account strategies.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with primary decision-makers.
• Actively identify, qualify, and secure complex six-figure and seven-figure growth opportunities.
• Effectively lead and coordinate the virtual account team to ensure seamless customer interaction.
• Keep a pristine sales pipeline and provide precise quarterly and annual forecasts utilizing Salesforce.
• Significant experience and a proven track record in a quota-carrying, enterprise-focused B2B SaaS sales position.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multi-stakeholder, six- and seven-figure deals with sales cycles exceeding six months.
• Outstanding capability to convey highly technical concepts to both technical leaders and business executives.
• Strong grasp of the German business culture and enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in translating complex technical observability features into measurable business outcomes.
