This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline for your designated territory, ensuring consistent activity and precise forecasting that meets or surpasses quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Create and implement detailed account strategies, mobilizing internal resources (Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Executives) to showcase Pure's complete value proposition to key IT and business leaders within your Enterprise clients.
• Strengthen relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to position Pure as a long-term strategic ally, directly contributing to the industry's highest customer satisfaction ratings.
• Oversee complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial contact through to final contract, effectively coordinating team-selling efforts with both internal colleagues and external strategic channel partners.
• Successfully secure new logo business within the territory by proactively identifying, prospecting, and navigating target accounts from the boardroom to the data center.
• A genuine ability to engage customers, demonstrate executive presence, and uncover deep-seated business challenges to position Pure's portfolio as the definitive solution.
• A Challenger Mindset and thought leadership; the creativity to apply customer insights and technological expertise to displace incumbents and solve persistent, complex data issues.
• Proven experience in leading and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and promoting shared ownership and success across internal teams and external channel partners.
• Outstanding territory management and prospecting abilities, with a consistent record of opening new logo opportunities and cultivating a strong, healthy sales pipeline.
